Terms of Service
Last updated: July 27, 2026
This is an English translation provided for convenience. If there is any conflict between this translation and the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
1. Purpose and scope
These terms govern the use of Sujunavi (the "Service"), a procurement-notice search and analysis service for Korean public procurement notices, operated by 슬로우하이 ("Slowhigh", the "Company"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
2. The Service
The Company provides the following features.
- Search of Korean public procurement (KONEPS) notices and saved search conditions
- Notice review information (the participation requirements published in a tender notice shown alongside the customer's own company profile, reference winning-price ranges based on historical bid results, and competition signals)
- Automated analysis of notices and attached documents with source citations
- Detection of notice amendments and deadline changes, with alerts
- Team collaboration and task management per organization
The Service relies on external public data sources. When an external system is delayed or unavailable, some information may be displayed late or partially.
3. Accounts
You sign up with a work email address and a login link sent to that address. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for all activity under your account.
4. Fees and payment
Prices, included features, billing cycles, and applicable taxes for paid plans are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Paid subscriptions may be processed through Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). In that case Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller of the Company's service, and the purchase contract is between you and Paddle. Paddle handles payment, tax, receipts, and the execution of refunds, and Paddle's checkout terms also apply to the purchase. The Company remains the supplier of the service and is responsible for providing it. Organizations that cannot use the standard checkout may pay through a method the Company separately arranges.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can cancel before the next renewal through the billing screen or the procedure the Company provides. Withdrawal, cancellation, and refunds follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
- Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
- Do not copy, redistribute, crawl, or bulk-collect the Service's content without permission.
- Do not impersonate others or interfere with the operation of the Service.
6. Accuracy of information and disclaimer
Notice data and analysis results are reference material to help you review procurement notices. Analysis may omit or misinterpret content. Before participating in any bid, you must verify the latest notice and attachments on the official KONEPS system. The final decision to participate in a bid, and everything you submit, is your responsibility.
The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, failures of external public systems, or causes attributable to the user.
7. Changes to the Service
The Company may change or discontinue features to improve the Service. Material changes are announced in the Service or by email.
8. Changes to these terms
The Company may amend these terms within the limits of applicable law. When amended, the effective date and reasons are announced in advance.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are first addressed through the contact below; if unresolved, they follow Korean law and the jurisdiction rules of the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
