Cancellation and Refund Policy

No fees are charged for the free plan or during promo-code benefit periods. There is no time-limited free trial. You can stop using the Service at any time without a cancellation procedure or penalty.

Paid subscriptions may be processed through Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). In that case Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller of the Company's service, and Paddle handles payment, tax, receipts, and the execution of refunds. Billing cycles, amounts, and applicable taxes are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date through the billing screen or by contacting us.

• If you have not used the Service after payment, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the payment date.
• You may also request a refund where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, or where a material technical failure of Sujunavi prevented you from using paid features.
• Once digital service delivery has begun, withdrawal may be limited within the scope permitted by applicable law. Rights guaranteed by law are not limited by this policy.
• If you cancel a monthly subscription mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of the paid cycle and are not charged again. Cancellation alone does not automatically trigger a pro-rated refund for the remaining period; separate refund requests are reviewed under applicable law and Paddle's refund policy.

Request a refund via the contact below or the link in your payment receipt email. We begin processing within 3 business days of confirming a request. Payments made through Paddle are refunded to the original payment method; your card issuer may take additional days to post the refund.
