Sujunavi is operated by 슬로우하이 (Slowhigh, the "Company"). Privacy inquiries: help@sujunavi.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Sign-up and login: email address
  • Workspace use: company name, member roles, saved searches and notices, analysis and task records
  • Paid use: billing contact name and email, subscription plan and status, customer and transaction identifiers issued by Paddle
  • Support: email address, inquiry content, attached information
  • Automatically generated: access time, IP address, browser and device information, usage records

3. How we use information

  • Account identification, login, and per-organization access control
  • Providing requested features such as notice search, analysis, and alerts
  • Billing, subscription status, and refund handling
  • Responding to inquiries and sending notices
  • Preventing abuse and improving service quality

4. Retention

Personal information is deleted without delay when you close your account, except where Korean law requires retention (e-commerce contract and payment records up to 5 years, consumer dispute records 3 years, access logs 3 months).

5. Processors and international transfer

We do not sell personal information. We use the following processors: Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting and document-analysis request relay, US), Anthropic (notice analysis, US), Resend (email, US), and Paddle.com Market Ltd (payment processing as Merchant of Record, refunds and receipts, UK). The Company does not store card numbers. Data sent abroad is transmitted over encrypted connections and kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose or as required by law.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing, and you may close your account at any time, via the service settings or help@sujunavi.com.

7. Cookies and security

We use cookies for login sessions and security only, not for targeted advertising. We apply transport encryption, access controls, and access logging to protect personal information.

8. Changes

This policy is effective from July 27, 2026. Material changes are announced in the Service in advance, at least 30 days ahead when they significantly affect your rights.
